• Deposits and payments are subject to contract terms

7. Payment Terms

• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Disputes regarding fees must be raised within 7 days

9. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements subject to the terms specified in individual contracts. Cancellation may result in penalties or forfeiture of deposits as outlined in the agreement. Notice periods and procedures must be followed.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of business, including financial details, property information, and proprietary business methods.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, under Pakistani law.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or other force majeure events.

13. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
